A selfie of me testing the Celestron StarSense 80mm LT refractor. The entry-level telescope uses an app on a phone mounted in a special bracket with a reflex mirror to shoot the sky and figure out where it is pointed by measuring the positions of the stars it sees with the phone camera. Pretty amazing technology. And it was working fine this winter night despite the clouds and moonlight. This is a single shot with the Nikon D750 and 20mm Sigma lens at f/4 and focused for the foreground.
A selfie of me using binoculars to view the Moon in clouds in twilight with the binos on the Sky-Watcher AZ5 mount, with me standing. The binos are the Maven 10x56 B4 model. This is a single shot with the Nikon D750 at ISO 400 and 20mm Sigma lens at f/6.3.
