The faint emission nebula NGC 6188 in Ara with the loose cluster NGC 6193, in a wide field shot to simulate a binocular field of view. Most prominent is the bright star cloud in Ara. This is a stack of 5 x 2-minute exposures with the 200mm lens at f/2.8 and filter-modified Canon 5D MkII at ISO 1600. From Tibuc Gardens Cottage, Australia.
NGC 6188 nebula and NGC 6193 open cluster (lower centre) + NGC 6164-5 double-lobed planetary upper right, in Ara. Taken with 4-inch AP Traveler apo refractor at f/4.5 with Canon 20Da camera at ISO 400 for stack of 4 x 10 minute exposures. Taken from Coonabarabran, NSW, March 20, 2007.

At upper left is the cluster NGC 6200. The small bi-polar planetary nebula is NGC 6164/65. This is a stack of 5 x 8 minute exposures with the Borg 77mm astrographic apo (330mm focal length) at f/4.3 and the filter-modified Canon 5D Mark II at ISO 800.
