Scorpius rising in the east over gum trees at Tibuc Gardens Cottage, with the constellation coming up on its side at this latitude of 32° South. Antares and the head of Scorpius is are left of centre, the tail of Scorpius is at right coming up amid the trees. This is a stack of 9 x 30- to 20-second exposures for the ground and one 20-second exposure for the sky, all at f/2 with the 35mm lens and Canon 6D at ISO 3200. Taken just before moonrise on April 17, 2017.
