M49, elliptical galaxy in Virgo. This is a stack of 4 x 10 minute exposures at ISO 800 with the Canon 60Da on the Astro-Physics 130mm apo refractor at f/6. Galaxy below M49 is NGC 4610, one at left is NGC 4492, and spiral at top is NGC 4488

8-minute exposures at f/4.5 with AP Traveler apo refractor. 20Da camera (second night out with it) at ISO800, on warm summer night. In camera LENR On. Taken Aug 1, 2005. Thin waning moon had risen by this time so sky was brightening. Two images stacked with top layers at normal, 40% (it was trailed slightly) for noise reduction. Both layers Noise Ninja filtered.
