NGC 1499, The California Nebula in Perseus near Zeta Persei. This is a stack of 5 x 5 minute exposures with the Celestron Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph at f/2.2 and the filter-modified Canon 5D MkII at ISO 400, with no dark frames. Dew beginning to form on the corrector on the last frame.

California Nebula in Perseus, with 135mm Canon telephoto lens and modified Canon 5D MkII camera, at ISO 1600 for stack of 5 x 2.5 minute exposures at f/3.2 + plus two exposures taken with haze in sky, added in with Lighten mode to provide glows around stars. IC 348 faint reflection nebulosity around Omicron Persei at bottom right just showing up.
