Sirius is just clearing the rocks at bottom. The comet’s long ion tail stretches back about 15° into Taurus. This is a stack of 5 x 2 minute exposures, tracked on the Star Adventurer tracker, with the 24mm lens at f/2.5 and filter-modified Canon 5D MkII at ISO 1600.
