Taken July 11, 2010, the day of the total solar eclipse, this shows Venus (above Regulus) shining in the tropical sunset sky taken from Venus Point at the north end of Tahiti. Moorea is in the distance, and the m/s Paul Gauguin is sailing to Moorea after observing the eclipse earlier that day south of Tahiti.
