Shows Earth's shadow on Moon and in the atmosphere as the blue band along horizon. Belt of Venus pink band above is sunlight hitting upper layers of atmosphere. Shot with fixed camera, 165mm lens on Pentax 6x7 camera, 120-format Ektachrome 100 slide film. Metered exposure.
